Version 1.5.0: Lysandra, the Abyss and the Cursed Ascension

The biggest update of Reincarnation 100 so far: Lysandra fights beside you for the King's last life, a bottomless Abyss opens after the ending, plus a 10-level Cursed Ascension, the Shard Altar and something new every ten lives.

Version 1.5.0 is about what happens at the end of the game, and after it. Before, beating the King of Hell for the hundredth time was the finish line. Now it opens a second game. Here is everything that changed, in the order you will meet it.

Something new every ten lives

On the way to the throne, your lives keep unlocking things. From the 6th rebirth, circle lords and elites pierce your armor. Then, from the 20th, every tenth life brings something new: forbidden legacies at the Pantheon, a fifth and then a sixth tier of talents, corrupted lords that drop legendary items, forbidden pacts, dark blessings from Lysandra and, at the 80th, the Army of a Hundred Lives, whose past lives strike twice as hard against the King. The whole ladder is visible in the Book of Lives, so you always know what the next ten lives are for. The full list is on the game page.

The King is no longer a wall

His parries wear down each time he falls, and your hero grows more stubborn with every defeat against him: 10% more per fall, up to double. His power is capped at his hundred lives, and a new talent, Last Breath, arrives with the fifth tier.

The last life, with Lysandra

The King’s hundredth reincarnation is now a real final fight: five times his health, and blows that pierce your armor. You do not face it alone. The seal breaks and Lysandra, the Pale Dawn, comes down to fight at your side:

“The seal is broken. This time, I fight by your side.”

Every six seconds she strikes him, and he cannot parry her. Three strikes fill the Judgment of Dawn: one tap unleashes it, heals you and stuns the King. When he charges a devastating blow she raises her guard, and once per fight she brings you back to your feet. Tap, and you win. Leave the screen alone, and you fall, as before.

The Abyss

After the ending, the stages go on into a bottomless Abyss. The circles come back with their lords corrupted, and every stage deeper makes the enemies stronger.

Shards and the Shard Altar

The lords of the Abyss leave shards. You spend them at the Shard Altar, in the Pantheon, on upgrades that you keep through every rebirth and every Ascension: more attack and health, more damage in the Abyss, more souls, a head start at the Forge, talents that survive an Ascension, and the Cracked Seal, which takes five reincarnations away from the King per level.

Cursed Ascension, in 10 levels

Ascension starts the game again from the first life with more gold and souls against stronger enemies, and you keep your gear. Each of its ten levels now adds a curse, and the curses stack: enraged bosses, faster enemies, a frailer body, a King who remembers one more parry, and at the end, Absolute Hell. Each level also gives a reward for good: titles, auras, pedestals and permanent bonuses.

Cinematics and music

The intro is now animated, and the big moments have their own cinematics: the King, the ending, the Abyss and the Ascension. Every circle has its own battle music, and on Android the music no longer cuts out when a sound effect plays.

And the rest

A bigger battle screen, new health bars that show the damage you just dealt, every circle boss redrawn, goals moved to the Quests tab with a reminder when a reward is waiting, and the game now tells you when an update is available on Google Play.

The update is free, like the game: Reincarnation 100 on Google Play.
